Everyday Solutions
Ag Lockdown earns its place every day, not just on the worst one.
Preparing for a hostile attack is why people first call us. What they use us for most might surprise you. The same response centre and platform that would run that crisis will also calm an aggressive visitor at reception, stay with a lone worker out on a site visit, get a first aider to an injury, and put a message on your screens across the site.
Discreet help at reception
A quiet panic alert at reception raises an appropriate alert to our Emergency Response Centre without triggering site-wide panic. The centre can listen in and send help before an aggressor knows it has been called.
Lone and out-of-hours workers
Key holders called back at night, assessors out on visits, security on their rounds. They stay connected to the response centre, so no one works alone. In a hostile incident their phone cameras feed straight to the Emergency Response Centre.
Everyday disturbances
The angry or estranged visitor at reception, the flashpoint that arises far more often than a hostile attack. These leave people shaken, take a whole day out of a building and carry a cost long after the event itself. The same discreet route brings calm, expert support in the moment.
First aid, fast
When someone is hurt, one call rings first aiders ten at a time until one answers, pairing them straight away with whoever needs help, and we can bring 999 directly into the call so the right help reaches the right room without delay.
Everyday messaging
Your screens and handsets become a way to reach people in seconds, for a building closing early, a snow day, an office moving floor or the end of term, not only an emergency.
Events and evacuations
Extra eyes on your cameras during a fete, an open evening or a public meeting, and QR-code confirmation that every room and refuge point is clear during a fire evacuation.
Medical escalation, video link to 999
When an injury goes beyond first aid, our Controllers open a video link and bring 999 in to advise. We use GoodSam, the video link technology the emergency services use as standard, so the advice arrives through a route the ambulance service already trusts.
Your reputation, protected on one call
Your own marketing contact, a member of your Crisis Team and your insurer's reputational damage lead, brought together on a secure call while a crisis is in progress.
Think of it as fractional security: highly trained cover available whenever you need it, on a fixed annual fee, with on-demand access to a manned, expert capability and this full breadth of everyday cover.
These everyday uses read straight across every setting we serve, from a college to a council reception. That is what makes Ag Lockdown worth its place all year round, and not something sitting in the background ready for a crisis that we all hope will never come.
